Timing and methods
The customer can rethink his purchase and return the purchased items without having to specify the reason, within 14 days calendar from the date of receipt of the goods (Article 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 - Consumer Code). The goods must be returned intact and unused, in the same condition in which they were received.
How to make a return
Within the period indicated above, the customer must give notice of his intention to withdraw from the contract by sending an e-mail to ufficioinformazioni@mamamilano.it.
The shipment of the product to be returned in its original condition (as already described) must take place within 14 days from the manifestation of the intention to return. The return of the products is under the responsibility of the customer and the shipping costs will be fully borne by the customer. The refund will include the cost of the bag that will be returned. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the registered office of Mamamilano srl, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

Reimbursement
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the moment we are informed of the customer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods arrive at our warehouse and will be checked by our staff. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
