SHIPPING POLICY

The delivery of the Products ordered on this website will be made on the Italian territory.

If the Customer uses an online payment method (PayPal, cards, bank transfer), the processing of the order begins after confirming the credit on the Mamamilano Srl account (via PayPal, cards or bank transfer) with 100% of the amount due for the order - from this moment on, the delivery times of the products to the Customer begin to run.

After the Customer has received the order confirmation e-mail, this will be delivered by us to the Courier and will be delivered by the Courier within an estimated period of no more than 2-3 working days from confirmation of the order and the relative accreditation. Delivery times may vary during the holidays. The working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Upon delivery of the Order to the Courier, you will receive a notification to that effect by e-mail or text message to the phone number provided. If, for any reason, the delivery times indicated above cannot be respected, you will be contacted by e-mail and informed of the actual delivery time. For delivery, you will be contacted in advance by the Courier, to whom you agree to provide your contact details for this purpose. If the package is not delivered after two attempts, the package will be returned to us and you will have to bear the costs and consequences of the return. Delivery will be made through the SDA Courier. Shipping costs are 6 euros for parcels up to 3 kg in Italy. By completing and placing the order you accept the payment of these commissions together with the price of the products. The delivery fee applies for each package.

 

Conformity of Products

The products marketed through the online store are new and genuine leather products, any alleged imperfection is due to the natural texture of the leather.

The Customer is asked to pay attention to the colors of the Products and to take into account the fact that, due to the settings of his computer / electronic device, some real colors of the Products delivered may differ from what the Customer's computer / electronic device has shown when ordering. These differences cannot be considered non-conformities.

If the Products have defects, found within a maximum of 2 working days of delivery, the Customer can send a complaint sent by e-mail to the address indicated in the Contact Section and return the Products or request an exchange.

If the complaint is considered unfounded, the Products will be returned to the Customer, at his expense, accompanied by a note explaining the reason, without any other obligation on the part of Mamamilano.

Regarding the resolution of the complaint and the solution adopted on the basis of the above, the Customer will also be informed via e-mail at the address provided when registering the user.

 

Treatment of personal data

The customer's consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary, but the refusal to provide consent to the processing of personal data makes it impossible to register and purchase from the online store. Processing of personal data for marketing purposes

The customer can agree that the processing of personal data and the transfer to a third party will be aimed at receiving commercial information from Mamamilano, for example regarding special offers.
