How to buy in the online store

After selecting the desired product, the customer must select the "Add to cart" option.

The product is automatically added to the "Cart", whose icon is visible on the navigation bar at the top right of the page. The customer can always check the cart by clicking on the "Check cart" icon, which opens a separate window showing all the products selected by the customer.

By selecting the "Order" option, a page will open where the Customer will have to enter all the data to complete the transaction and deliver the products.

After logging in to the online store, the customer gains access to additional options in his panel, namely: order history, the ability to view the status of the most recent orders, the ability to save the address of delivery, the ability to receive the latest information about products in the store.

When selecting the delivery method (with delivery to a specified address) and entering all the necessary details (including billing details, if necessary) the payment method must also be chosen.

The customer can choose the type of online payment (card payment, transfer via PayPal, bank transfer).

The order is completed by clicking on the "Order and pay" icon.

After activating the "Order and pay" icon and if the customer has chosen online payment - after making the payment via PayPal, the customer is redirected to the order confirmation page; from this page you can continue shopping or go to the order summary.

If online payment was chosen as the payment method (card payment via PayPal), payment must be made immediately after placing the order. If Mamamilano or the entities participating in the transaction (PayPal) do not receive payment, the order is deemed not to have been executed correctly, which means that it will not be processed and that there is no contract. In this situation, the customer will have to place a new order.

At any stage of placing the order, until payment, the Customer can cancel an Order by interrupting the process and leaving the website. An order whose positioning has not been completed, will not be processed and will not entail any obligation for the owner of the Online shop.

Immediately after completing the order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail, at the address specified in the registration details. The email will contain a single order number which can be used, for example, to check the status of the order. The confirmation will include a summary of the Products, the price and the payment method chosen, as well as the place, method and delivery costs. Until the order is confirmed, the owner of the online shop has no obligation to deliver the products to the Customer.

Mamamilano can contact the Customer at the email address or telephone number indicated, in order to clarify any doubts, to confirm the order or for any problem relating to the processing of the order.

 

Prices

The prices in the online shop, set in euros, are gross prices, including VAT.

The price of the product is increased by the shipping costs, highlighted separately.

The price indicated in the completed and carried out order, as subsequently confirmed by the order confirmation email, is the final price.

Mamamilano reserves the right to change the price of existing products in the online store, to launch new products, to launch and cancel special offers on the websites of the stores or to modify them, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws.

 

Availability of ordered products

All the products offered in the online shop are available.

Although the store owner permanently ensures that all products on the website, marked as such, are available, there may be exceptional situations (e.g. in the case of simultaneous orders; in the case of technical defects in the management of the online store, etc. .) Where however, a product is not available so the order cannot be accepted. In this case, the customer will be informed that the order cannot be processed.

The product sheet includes complete information on the range of sizes: the sizes not available are also listed but are clearly marked in a color different from the one used for the sizes available and are barred. A product of unavailable sizes cannot be added to the cart but can be added to the desired product list.

Unable to process an order

If a product is not available in stock or the order cannot be processed for any other reason, the Customer will be notified via e-mail or telephone of any processing problems.

 

Invoicing and payment

Based on the data provided when registering for the Account, the owner of the online shop will issue the invoice to the Customer in electronic format and send it to the Customer at the e-mail address provided by him. The customer declares to understand and expressly accept this billing method.
